A few months ago, the creation of the Jaguar Reserve in Tulum*1 was announced, a Protected Natural Area (ANP) that will bring benefits to the ecosystems, and also represents an area of opportunity for investors.
With an area of 2,249 hectares, the Jaguar National Park will preserve the natural wealth, flora, and fauna of the region, according to the decree published by the authorities*2. The area will be divided into two sections: one with a higher level of protection, and another located very close to the archaeological ruins on the shores of the Caribbean Sea.
This new ANP is expected to attract more visitors, further increasing Tulum's potential as a world-class tourist destination. The benefits will also extend to residents and investors looking to build a home in the Riviera Maya.

Jaguar National Park will be a catalyst for investment opportunities. As an area that will allow low-impact tourism, it joins the city's international airport as projects that will increase the value and interest in investing in Tulum.
One of the new investment options is Kaybé, a residential complex that features a unique amenity in the country: a multisensory park. This park borders the new protected natural area, and also enjoys enviable proximity to the sea and the best of Tulum in services and quality of life.

The multisensory park stands out among our amenities, as it is an exclusive place where you can experience a connection with nature. In this space, we have a 16-meter-high lookout to admire the Mayan jungle and the Jaguar Reserve in all its glory.
Your new area of opportunity in Tulum is Kaybé, a place designed to enjoy nature with all your senses. Learn more about our multisensory park and the residential lot offerings we have for you.
